- Delivery-

Which box will I receive? And when will I receive it?

If you subscribe until the 10th of the odd month, you will receive your box at the end of the month of your subscription. Every odd month our boxes are shipped around the 17th and you will receive them between the 20th and the 30th of the month. 

Example: If you subscribe on the 28th of March, your first box will be for the month of May and you will receive it between the 20th and 30th of May. 

Where is my box?

Your box arrives each month between the 20th and 30th of the month. 

If on the 30th, you still haven't received your box, it is possible that there is a slight delay in the delivery service and we ask you to wait until the 10th of the following month. 

If at this date still no sign of your box you can reach us by email at our address: contact@mabozzle.fr. 
We will deal with the problem together to find the best solution.

I don't live in France, can I receive the box?

No, our boxes are for the moment only delivered in Metropolitan France.

How to choose Mondial Relay delivery ?

Fill in the appropriate form so that we can arrange for your delivery to a relay point.

- My Subscription / Unsubscription -

Can I know in advance what's in my box? Or choose one of the products?

You are curious and that's fine, but the Ma Bozzle experience lies in the concept of discovery so it is not possible to know the content in advance. 

However, we do our best to make you every two months a nice surprise that only the team keeps secret.

But don't worry, our team will know how to find the rare pearl!

How do I unsubscribe?

To unsubscribe, simply go to your account space, click on "Manage my subscription" and click on the "cancel my subscription" button. 

If you unsubscribe before the 9th of the month, your cancellation is effective immediately. Otherwise you will receive your box of the current bimonth and will be unsubscribed for future boxes.

I want to pause my subscription, what do I do?

It's possible ! 

If you wish to suspend your subscription for a specific month due to vacation, moving or any other reason, go to the "My Account" area, click on "Manage my Subscription" and then click on the "My Calendar" tab. 

Then you just have to suspend the month you want, by clicking on the "Suspend my subscription" button. And that's it!

- Payment -

When do you take the direct debit ?

When you subscribe for the first time, you will be charged directly for the odd month's box following your subscription date. You will then be debited every 10th of every two months/semester/year depending on your subscription. 

Example: You subscribe on April 8th and you will be debited the first time. Your first box will be the one of May. And you will be charged a second time on July 10th for the July Box.

My debit did not work, what can I do?

Your direct debit did not work? Perhaps you do not have the necessary funds in your account or your credit card limit may have been exceeded. We invite you to contact your bank to check...

My bank card has expired, what should I do?

Updating your bank account information is quick and easy. 

To do so, you must go to your "My Account" space, click on "Manage my Subscription" and then click on the "My Information" tab. Then you just have to modify your credit card information and it's done!

- Offer -

I would like to offer the box, how does it work?

It is very simple! 

You select the desired plan, you fill in the information (First name, Last name, Address etc...) of the lucky person and from the next two months the adventure begins!
He or she will receive the number of boxes you have offered.
